I stumbled across this recipe for Chocolate Oatmeal No- Bake Cookies on Pinterest. They looked so yummy! I scanned the ingredients and was overjoyed to discover that I had all the ingredients to make these in my pantry. Yay for no running to the store today! 
I can't believe how easy and quick they are to make! Talk about No- Bake Heaven! They are so delicious, I don't know why I've wasted time making homemade-slave-away-bake-in-the-oven cookies in the past!
