I saw a wreath today over at I Am Mommy Hear Me Roar, and I was struck with inspiration! I ran over to my local Joann's and bought a bag of leaves for a dollar (thanks to their liquidation sale!)
Grapevine Wreath Bag of Leaves
Hot glue gun
Spray Paint (optional)
I decided to paint mine red. 
Once the paint dried, I glued the leaves on. Simple. And Fall-ish. Exactly how I feel lately.
