I had this picture frame collecting dust in one of my closets and finally decided to put it to good use.
I spray painted it yellow and slipped in some yellow polka dot scrap paper. The vinyl meal planner came from here. I got it really cheap on a heartsy.com deal. Overall, this project probably cost less than $10 thanks to all of the materials I had lying around the house.
